The DL-F4200 is a 4.2 m five-layer non-woven thermal bonding, folding and rewinding machine. It thermally bonds five layers of non-woven fabric using hot PP melt from four mini screw extruders, then folds the bonded web in the center and rewinds it into finished rolls. Ideal for producing thick, multi-layer non-woven products for hygiene, filtration and industrial applications.
